because what's in their products matters.

pet grooming products aren't held to the same standards consumers have come to expect from their own personal care. terms like “clean,” “natural,” and “gentle” can mean different things from brand to brand, leaving pet parents to figure out what's actually inside the products they use on their dogs.

we didn't think that was good enough.

from the beginning, lil luv dog was built around greater transparency, thoughtful formulation, and independent standards — because dogs deserve products made specifically with them in mind.

we didn't want to define “clean” for ourselves.

instead of creating our own definition of clean, we looked to an independent standard.

EWG Verified® requires ingredient transparency and screens formulas against strict criteria for ingredient safety. when EWG introduced its first pet grooming category in 2025, lil luv dog was the brand they launched it with.

for us, the mark is more than a certification. it's independent
accountability behind the choices we make — and one less thing for pet parents to have to figure out on their own.
