    • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CLEAN AND FREE FROM HARSH CHEMICALS LIKE SULFATES AND PARABENS?

      Lil Luv Dog’s innovative products are formulated to keep our pets safe. We intentionally use clean ingredients and limit the use of harsh chemicals, additives, dyes, alcohol, sulfates to ensure our pets get the thoughtful clean care they deserve.

      We are the first pet care brand certified by the Environmental Working Group’s clean formulation standards.

    • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FRAGRANCE FREE?
      We developed allergen free fragrances that are safe and free of toxic chemicals. Approved by the EWG, all fragrances are under 1% of our ingredient list and reflect that same standards reflected in Credo Clean and Sephora Clean.
    • HOW MUCH DRY SHAMPOO SHOULD I USE?
      Every dog is different! Simply shake the bottle to the desired amount. Reminder, a little goes a long way!
    • DO YOUR GROOMING PRODUCTS WORK FOR PETS WITH SENSITIVE SKIN OR ALLERGIES?
      Yes! Many of our formulas are designed with sensitive-skinned pets in mind, using soothing ingredients like oatmeal, aloe, and jojoba oil. If your pet has known allergies, check the ingredient list or do a patch test before full use.
    • WILL YOUR DRY SHAMPOO HELP WITH FLEAS AND TICKS, OR DO I NEED A SEPARATE TREATMENT?
      As of now our dry shampoo is not formulated with any medicinal properties. You will still need a separate treatment for fleas and ticks.
    • WHAT IS DRY SHAMPOO, AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
      Dry shampoo is a powder that absorbs excess oil and refreshes your dog’s fur without water. It extends the time between washes.
    • CAN THIS DRY SHAMPOO REPLACE REGULAR SHAMPOO?
      Our dry shampoo is meant for in-between washes. It's best used as a refresher between wash days.
    • HOW OFTEN CAN I USE DRY SHAMPOO?

    • IS DRY SHAMPOO SAFE FOR ALL FUR TYPES?
      Yes! Formulated for a dog’s Ph, our dry shampoo is safe for all lil luv dogs.
    • WILL DRY SHAMPOO MAKE FUR LOOK WHITE OR POWDERY?
      Gently massage the powder into your dog’s fur for a seamless finish. Once absorbed into the dog's oils, the color will neutralize.
    • WILL IT MAKE FUR FEEL GRITTY OR STICKY?
      Our lightweight formula refreshes fur without a heavy residue.

    FAQ / Shipping

    • What is your return policy?

      We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging – we do not accept returns of used items. You will be refunded the full amount of the items. We are not able to refund the original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.

      To initiate a return, please reach out to woof@lilluvdog.com or fill out the contact form here, and be sure to include your order number.

    • How long does it take to process a return?

      In some circumstances, our customer support team may need to review your return request – please allow 1-2 business days to review. Once a return is dropped off and scanned by the shipping carrier, the return is processed – credit card refunds usually take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.

    • What do I do if I am missing an item from my order?

      Please email woof@lilluvdog.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of everything you received and the packaging. We'll make sure that you receive everything you've ordered.

    • What do I do if my package is missing or damaged?

      If your order has been marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please wait 3 business days before reaching out to woof@lilluvdog.com. Carriers sometimes preemptively mark a package as delivered before they actually complete the delivery. We also recommend checking with your building management, concierge, mailroom, or neighbors to see if they received the package for you.

      If your package is damaged, or if product arrives damaged in any way, please reach out to woof@lilluvdog.com.

    • Can I exchange my item?

      At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

      We currently ship to the United States.

    • When will my order ship?

      Please allow 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays) for order processing. We will do our best to ship your order promptly, but will notify our shoppers if we are ever experiencing a shipping delay.

    • How much does shipping cost?

      Orders over $75 ship free

      Orders below $75 will have an $8 flat shipping rate

    • Can I change the address on my order, or make any changes after placing my order?

      Due to our quick processing time, we are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed. However, if you reach out to woof@lilluvdog.com, we will always do our best to help find a solution.
